FitMove
We provide a number of exercise classes.

Keep an eye out for our FitMove classes by JLinks Physiotherapy.
We currently provide a dance based exercise class for Age UK Bexley. This class is held in Bexleyheath and can be booked via the Age UK Bexley website. All new members from all abilities are welcomed. This is a social way to keep fit and meet new people as well as see a physiotherapist regularly!
FitMove in a residential setting
We can provide group exercise classes for residential homes across Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Kent. These can support groups with balance problems, improve participation in activity and maintain mobility. We are able to support people with memory problems and dementia as well as those who have complex neurological physical difficulties. Contact us for more details or for one of us to visit you.
One to One Excercise Sessions
